Get Personal with Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping can be a simple as brown kraft paper dressed with a whimsical ribbon or as sophisticated as printed papers with satin bows. I usually pick one gift wrapping style each Christmas and use variations of the paper and ribbon on all my packages.
Find a way to personalize your packages and make them uniquely you. Wrap with favorite color of the season or use them all, red, green, gold, silver and purple.
Friend Gift Wrapping
When you have a bundle of gifts to wrap for friends & hostesses using the same gift wrap design for them all will make wrapping all those packages more efficient.
Dress up a white box tied with a big red ribbon and you’ll have a sharp looking gift…
Use the gifts as part of your tabletop decor at a dinner party for an extra special touch.
Garnish your Gifts
Step outside and you’ll find plenty of garnish for your holiday gift wrapping!
Put an elegant wreath on a wine bottle and top with a bow…
Mix fresh greens such as a feathery cypress into your holiday wrapping…
Or cluster pine-needles together for an elegant and natural set of tassels…
Beautiful wrapping for the chef or baker in the family – with fresh greens and berries…
If you’re a fan of Tiffany blue, replace the expected white satin bow with tip painted pine cone clusters.
Santa Gift Wrapping Ideas
Finding a clever way to wrap Santa gifts can be challenging. Pick your design and make it a tradition each year Santa pays a visit.
Painting craft paper and creating your own doodles and messages can be fun. These would be perfect for gifts from Santa with messages from the jolly old man himself!
Add an ornament, cardstock cut-out, or candy to all of your Santa gifts.
Elegant Gift Wrapping Ideas
Want to dazzle your loved ones on Christmas morning?
Wrap your presents in an elegant damask wrapping paper or fabric to create a beautiful, soft look.
By far the most elegant gift wrapping idea has to be including broaches on your packages. You can weave the broach through the ribbon or hot glue it to your package. It’s sure to add a surprise touch to your holiday wrapping…
Earrings and small pins can also add holiday sparkle and charm to your wrapping.
Put a bow on it
Do you have trouble tying a pretty bow to finish your packages? I think we all suffer from bow anxiety during the Christmas season! Making the perfect bow for your packages can cause headaches!
